The Stogie Guys, as the saying goes, aired some dirty laundry this week on their blog. In two posts on Don Pepin Garcia's decision to discontinue rolling the Black Cat Rey Miguel cigar line, Gary J. Arzt, a writer and friend of Pepin and Sam Driban Black Cat Cigars present point and counter point. Who's the bad guy? Gary thinks it's Black Cat, but Sam is saying Don Pepin is forgetting those that helped make him who he is now. Interesting read.

The Guardian reports: "The ban on cigarette advertising has had other effects on the type of tobacco products that people buy. Some smokers, say the experts, have taken the view that if they have less time to smoke they will smoke fewer but they choose products that are of a higher premium."
