U.S. Consumption of Small Cigars Doubles

According to USA Today, "U.S. adult consumption of little cigars, which have lower taxes and fewer marketing restrictions than cigarettes but pose similar health risks, more than doubled from 1998 to 2006, according to the Agriculture Department."
