Little Cigars May Be Taxed In NH

The Nashua Telegraph reports that "little" cigars may become subject to New Hampshire state taxes. Does that include our lanceros?

Cigars are available in a wide variety of prices, and a wide variety of qualities. I also like to gift cigar to my friend on his birthday, anyone here know from where I can buy little cigars.
